We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, while ensuring the highest quality for your custom keepsake.

Typically, most lockets ship within 5-7 days of ordering, though it can sometimes be sooner. The production time can vary depending on resin drying time, and other unique aspects of our process. Shipping times also depend on your location and the shipping method you select.

We offer complimentary shipping within New Zealand. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on location.

Please note: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
