Returns
Because each locket is custom-made with your personal memories, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your purchase, we’re happy to resolve it through repair or replacement. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with Dela, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Refunds
While we don’t offer refunds due to the custom nature of our lockets, if you missed the opportunity to apply the 10% discount code, let us know within 48 hours of placing your order, and we’ll make the adjustment.

Repairs:
As with all jewellery, your locket may occasionally need a repair. Repairs that we look after include the chains and locket clasps. We handle all repairs in-house at our studio in Auckland. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Lockets: Any repairs needed within 12 months of purchase are complimentary. After that, repairs are $75, which covers the cost of the repair, cleaning, and return shipping.
  • Chains: Repairs on chains are complimentary within 12 months. After that, you can purchase a replacement chain for $35 by emailing us directly.
